Made in small batches using a live sourdough starter fermented for 16 hours, these artisan crackers offer a delicate crunch with subtle fig complexity. Crafted with Shipton Mill flour and natural ingredients, they pair beautifully with strong blues, washed-rind cheeses, or tangy chutneys. Slow fermentation develops depth while spelt brings a gentle nuttiness. High-fibre, vegetarian friendly and free from palm oil, they add refined texture to any cheeseboard.
