Ingredients:

250 g Innkeepers cheese (Mature Cheddar with Pickled Onion & Chive), grated
70 ml ale or beer
1 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
20g butter
1 tbsp English mustard
4 thick slices of bread
Method:
- Lightly toast the bread under a grill or in a toaster.
- In a medium bowl mix together the grated cheese, beer, melted butter, Worcestershire sauce and English mustard.
- Spread a thick layer over each slice of toast.
- Transfer to a baking tray and place directly under the grill for 3-5 minutes, until golden brown and bubbling.
- Serve hot with extra mustard or chutney!
