Hours: Full Time – 35 hours per week – 6:00am to 2:00pm

We are looking for a Team Leader to join our Maturation department, situated in the picturesque village of Long Clawson, just 6 miles from Melton Mowbray.

What are we looking for?
- GCSE or equivalent level of education – our reporting activities require a good level of literacy and numeracy
- Basic IT skills including Excel and Word
- Experience in managing a small team or keen to progress with training.
- Current intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate (to be achieved within 12 months)
- Health and Safety trained in Manual handling, Control of Substances Hazardous to Health and risk assessments
- Understanding of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points
- Health and safety trained
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
- Ambitious, driven and passionate about making improvements which lead to visible financial results.
